Our story
Malinda comes from the Spanish phrase “más linda” (more beautiful). What began as a name filled with love has grown into a company built on care, wellbeing, and purpose. Our logo starts with “MA”, inspired by the first words of a baby (ma, mamá, mommy). It represents support, unity, and the kind of care that makes people feel safe and valued. The purple accent reflects our commitment to mental health awareness, reminding us that wellbeing should always be part of how we work.
Founded in Canada by a Mexican immigrant woman, Malinda proudly stands for inclusion, pride, and healthy work environments. We believe work should support life not drain it which is why we foster balance, outdoor connection, and a people first culture.
